This is probably one of the most popular searches entered into Google, but when you look at page one, does that mean they are all good?
So how do you know which wedding photographer to use? How do you even find one? Word of mouth or a recommendation is always a good way, but if you don't have any of this where do you start?
Sometimes there are advertisements or booklets available at a registry office, but these don't give you any insight into the quality of the wedding photography.
The most popular way is to browse the web, normally through Google and try to find a 'good wedding photographer' or even, "best wedding photographer", but what do you search for? Is it 'cheap wedding photographer, 'best wedding photographer' 'wedding photographer near me', 'wedding photography packages' The list is endless and when you do get a list on Google, quite often the results on page one at the top have paid for the privilege using Google adwords and seem to be the the obvious choice. However, this is just the start, just because they are on page one, doesn't mean that they are what you are looking for.
So the moral of the story is, just because the wedding photographer is near you it doesn't necessarily mean the photographer is right for you. Do your research, take your time, plan in advance and see a selection of photographers, regardless of where they are.
